Tri-Tip is a lean cut of meat, but does not lack in tenderness or flavor.  It has a rich in beefy flavor, quite tender and is lower in fat than most cuts of meat.  Tri-Tip's are perfect for smoking, grilling or roasting.  Make sure to slice against the grain.
